May I ask you if the color scheme was the same for all chinese TB? Thanks and cheers.
Not all, the blue one just appeared in about 1950-1970. After 1980, almost all Chinese naval vessels were repainted in light grey. In addition, Reflection of water and photo fading would also make the color looks different. In fact, I can't ensure the color schemes I used are absolutely correct, just what I think is closest.

---Type 6623/Type 24 missile boat
In 1960, the Soviet provided China with the blueprints and parts of Pr.183R Komar Class missile boat. However, cooperation ended soon due to the China-Soviet relationship becoming worse. In 1962, with the already-delivered material, China built 2 ships without Soviet technicians' help, designated them as Type 6623. It never go into mass production since it fail to meet PLAN's demands.

Type 24 (or Type 024) is a improved version designed in 1964, NATO called "Houku Class"(or Hoku). The wooden hull of Type 6623 was replaced by a steel one. Bridge was completely redesigned. The mast is foldable so it could hind into tunnel hanger. Main armament including 2x SY-1 anti-ship missiles and 1x Type 61 twin 25mm AA gun.
