They look great. I like this thread with those armoured vehicles.

Good afternoon:
A big wheeled vehicle! MOWAG Piranha 10x10, shown in the tank destroyer version.
Credits: I tried to mimic Darth Panda´s aesthetics of the wheels (plagiarism is the most sincere form of praise!) and general appearance of the vehicle, including the green color. And thanks to Blackbuck for the his tempting ideas!

Awesome work here, guys
Hey, it's gotta be 5 o'clock somewhere...
Currently working on:
The October War, 27-10-1962 (apparently forever);
"Saxonverse" alt-UK;
Federation of the Channel Islands AU;
Republic of Yopur & Andaman;
some sort of overarching AU;
Regaining my sanity.

M1A2C Abrams (previously M1A2 SEP v3) - road wheel credit goes to Darth Panda
First time for me to draw ground vehicles.

Good morning, guys! Thanks for your input! Impressive tank, Kyle.
A pair of classic vehicles in South America during the 1970s and 1980s. The tiny and little armoured MOWAG Roland, and his larger stablemate, the Grenadier.
Both were MOWAG´s private venture. Greece was the main user of the former, both in the Gendarmerie and in the Police (the actual police force is the merge of the Gendarmerie and City Police in 1984). In Peru Roland was somewhat elusive to the cameras (the only picture available was an old b&w one, so I used the standard sand green of the peruvian army of the era). There are several pictures of the chilean Rolands near La Moneda in 1973. The Grenadier was the first argentine armoured vehicle in Cyprus until the arrival of the british built Tactica. In late 1978 an argentinian MOWAG Granadier was pictured with an odd looking tall turret armed with a french 20 mm gun. Cheers.
PS: Edited with Odysseus aid and corrections. Thanks!

Re: FD scale vehicles 11
In Greece the Grenadier was used by Gendarme, not Army and Roland by Greek City Police. Latter passed to Police after the unification of City Police and Gendarme, not sure what happened to Grenadier.
Re: FD scale vehicles 11
Good evening.
A Thyssen designed armoured vehicle, built by Chrysler and used by the Mexican Army: MAC-1.
A nice looking vehicle, but only 40 were built. In its origin, it was armed with a GIAT 20 mm gun, but in a later modernization it was rearmed with a mexican Sedena AC gun, also in 20 mm, and changed its petrol engine for a diesel one. Cheers.

Good morning, gentlemen!
Thanks, Eswube! Since the last year, I was searching for a picture of an camera shy cuban vehicle (it is called "Paquito" and it was a local adaptation of the KraZ 255 truck with armour and a twin 23 gun turret and a V shaped floor, it was used in Angola in the 1980s, but I don´t know the specs or the combat record of this early MRAP), but I found instead several other interesting systems made with recycled materiel, so I am uploading the first of them:
This one, called in Djibouti BTR-60 H-90 was done from 12 ex-iraqui APCs and the turret of AML-90s.
And this is BTR-60-73M, done from the large stocks of soviet APCs and turrets from BMP-1 (the chassis was perhaps be used for making a turretless tank hunter with the smooth bore T12 gun), as seen during the Military Parade of 2014 at Havana.
Credits: The starting vehicle was Caddaric´s excellent BTR drawing, in the former the turret is from Cplnew´s AML-90 drawing, and in the later, the turret is also from a Caddaric´s drawing. Thanks to both of you. Cheers.
P.S. There is a lot of recycled equipment in the recent war in Syria. Some of these systems looks directly to the past (1960s, coupling T-34 or T-55/55 chassis with several gun/howitzers; or BTR-1502/50/60 with any turret or gun available), but others seems to have been inspired in an apocalyptical future (Mad Max).
