I think you used too dark green tint or it is just my old monitor... but I think it should be more brighter.

As far as I know it's not VEG but VEC, which stands for "Vehículo de Exploración y Caballería" (Cavalry Exploration Vehicle), and the BMR acronym isn't used with the VEC, only with the "normal" BMR, as they are considered to be different vehicles, even if the VEC is based on the BMR. So the correct name would be VEC-M1 (current Spanish army designation). Sorry for the nitpicking
