Just as it says, there is only a limited amount of space for attachments, and when it is used up we have to delete old attachments on the forum to create more space. That is why we ask folk not to use attachments 'willy nilly', but as before this has been ignored

Basically, we don't have all that much space on the server for attachments, so we try and use image hosting sites as much as possible. Those 3d renders you've posted have eaten up what's left.
