Because the AN/SPS-49 radar is also equipped on the OHP class, and Thales says those are equipped with licensed LW-08s.

What I've seen (and dug up in Friedman), the KD-1 use the MW-08 not the LW-08.

true, but:
this ship is equipped with the AN/SPS-49. this is (if vossiej is correct) an licenced copy of the LW-08.

sorry, my mistake. I did a bit of research. the drawing is correct.
btw, the prop guard is that little thing at the stern, which you have drawn in an triangular shape... the bottom lines should be straight

Hmm I guess they are indeed different, but by getting rid of that part you pointed out maybe delivers a more detailed drawing that closely resembles the SPG-49.

But indeed you should better keep it the way it is, maybe our radar-expert erik_t has something else to say about it?
