Huh? I always thought they were way bigger than that.
Anyway, beautiful work DP.
“Close” only counts with horseshoes, hand grenades, and tactical nuclear weapons.

Oh I'm not questioning you scaling, I just thought they looked bigger in the movie.

Thought this was a cool ship, so I had to draw it.

A pair of never built renderings of a rocket proposal out of the early 2000s. The Space Systems / Loral Aquarius expendable SSTO rocket was to be open-ocean launched, and was to deliver up to 1 tonne of payload into a 200km 52 degree orbit at a cost of less than 1 million USD per launch. By removing almost all redundancies (except for range destruct), the cost was cut while allowing for an increase in the failure rate. Up to 1/3rd of all launches would fail, but this would not matter with low cost expendables such as food, fuel, duct tape, ect.

In the shipbucket image, we see how it was to sit in the water. The LH2 tank is located forward of the LOX tank, and is out of the water prior to launch, reducing propellant boil-off.

The payload is stored in a ring around the engine at the back of the vehicle.

Edit: Yes, the render is so simple if feels like cheating.
