I will say that to, start building of the class in 38 and out 43-44, with help of several shipyards.

Brown class

The 3 ship class in Haram was among the smallest number of ships in a class build in Haram, they was build to replace 5 other ships, that was scrapped due to damage. One of the ship it was to replace, was a frigate of the Pulse class, FFG55 RHoMS Flare that was damaged due to internal explosion in magazine, thankfully the ship automatic protection system, and the internal design of the magazine, meant that the explosion was fazing out of the ship, instead of in to the ship, thus only 5 person died that was down in the magazine, and only 15 got some sort of injury, she manage to travel on here own power back to base. all thanks for an excellent internal design.

Brown class was designed with an improved design on the Pulse class, Brown class was so improved over the Pulse class that is was almost a totally different ship, among the improvement the class got over the Pulse class was:

- A new 5" gun with improved magazine damage control.
- A helicopter hangar for Lynx helicopter.
- towed sonar.
- Sea Sparrow.
- an 15% increase in Engine power, giving the class a top speed of 32 knots (capability to escort aircraft carrier)
- an improved communication equipment, or shall we say more doubling the number of antennas!
- A new larger hull mounted hull sonar. Improving the class ASW capability
- Equipped with Harpoon, replacing the old Haram made Mk3 Tatrion ASuW missile.
- It received a totally new 3D radar, designed by "ATEC" (a company in Haram), commercially it is said that the radar can track more targets than radars made by USA by that time.
