I am only not certain if that sonar set can guide ASROC..... and if it is worthwile to fit Ikara with it. also, where is the reloader for Ikara? ikara reloads horizontal, and I see no space where it could do so from.

they all look nice though.

Ace re Ballyholme she is based on the Australian Navy refit for their Type 12's, That is the real life location of Ikara so they obviously managed it.

And Re the Millisle the towed array just shows the winches and the hull mounted sonars are just the protective cases. What the electronic equipment inside them isn't specified.

rifleman, the USN ASROC ships all had SQS-26, SQS-23 or SQS-53. all are quite a lot larger then these arrays are. an towed array would make Ikara logical (wasn't sure you had it fitted) but ASROC was normally guided with the hull mounted sonar IIRC.

I have the Ikara magazine from the australian type 12 refits drawn out here. cannot see how you would work that into your vessel, to be honest.

no. on your ship the ikara is much higher (half a deck from main deck level) then on the australian ships, where the deck where the ikara is is one full deck lower then the main deck. because of this, there fits an magazine next to the launcher on the australian ships, while that would not fit on yours.

 Really, stop trying to justify a mistake. It's not befitting.

There is physically no way that Ikara could load from where you have it right now as there's nowhere the magazine could go.

You *could* however swap the Ikara and Sea Cat around, raise the quarterdeck to be full height having the Limbo pushed further aft with the relocated Sea Cat and then have Ikara feeding from a magazine placed in the superstructure.
