Excellent job there! I second my colleagues in their praise of your very sensible and prudent choice of subject.
I cannot either comment on the vessel itself, due to lack of knowledge thereof; however, I'm impressed with the way you've been willing to heed the good advice given and turned a promising start into a cracker drawing!
Welcome and Congrats!

Welcome and a great start....
Re: U.S.C.G. 47' Aluminum motor life boat
Seems like a great start, and I like seeing some of these minor vessels crop up. Much better than showing up with a 300,000 ton behemoth hastily drawn after about seven minutes of thought...

As far as I know no one has ever tried to draw a xebec on the bucket and there are precious few sailing ships in general. Can't wait to see what you come up with.
"All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity, but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible. This I did." Thomas Edward Lawrence, The Seven Pillars of Wisdom
