"don't stop me now I'm having such a good time designing this ship"!!
do you know what band sings this song?
I'm also redoing h-44. Thank you for the advise.

Can you crop the image so you don't give my ailing computer more trouble?

There's no such thing as "nothing left to draw" If you can down 10 pints and draw, you're doing alright by my standards

well, the H class ships have more sense then the H45 because they were actually planned. they were also thought up by actual german engineers. they are not to be called practical, but they are one set of ships which are worthy to be drawn, and on which we can comment on the drawing instead of the design.
anyone can draw what they want, the ships are not done, not claimed, and contribute to the bucket. also, examples are there as being mitch'es drawings, where he can look at to see how to do this ship.
with that in mind, lordbladaime, keep in mind that these are not the best learning objects. starting with smaller ships to learn to draw correctly and good in sb style is not an bad idea before finishing something this size.

I ask of you to prove me wrong. Not say I am wrong, but prove it, because then I will have learned something new.

if there are no small ww2 ships to start with, I have to use what is available to me example H-39- H-44. I would like to work on something small but there is nothing available that is why I chose what I did. I simply wasn't ignoring you I was just trying to see what a shipbucket H-45 would look like if someone went by the drawing.

there are 12 german destroyer classes in WW2. not counting captured ships and destroyer sized craft (according to wikipedia) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_Wor ... destroyers
of these, 3 are drawn. 1936A, 1934 and 1936 class.
this leaves the 1938, 1942, 1945 and all subclasses to you, if not the versions of the already drawn ones.
I suppose there would be some never build designs as well.
so I doubt there is nothing available
my remarks about H 45 in the previous post were mostly against rodondo who seemed to be a bit discontent with my suggestion of the other H class ships
