I am dropping the Km fuhrer design from shipbucket because this is a train going nowhere fast. I just wanted to make the KM FUHRER H-45 design a better picture than the messed up and blurry original drawing made by Leovictor. I am not going to build this in real life because it is too big and insanely expensive. This is just a design I was doing for fun because I love Battleships.

Hi LordBladaime,
If that's what you want to do, not a problem. If you do want to do a faithful rendition of the source drawing, believe it not, nobody's done one here, I think. While it's never going to be a particularly practical design, I don't think you'd get much stick for doing a good conversion of the existing source. However, if you end up designing an H-45 yourself, you've either got to make it a lazer_one-type joke or be prepared to accept a lot of criticism - which hasn't been personal, I would note, merely noting to varying different degrees that even a well-executed H45 is still a bad warship when compared to what else was available at the time.
Regards,
Adam

There are still some (not many but some) battleships incomplete in the 1900-1950 period many haven't been done in the 1850-1900 period and theres a lot of good material for them floating around

I noticed an error in your Springsharp the primary guns are not Gustavs the Scharnhorsts used the Gustav the guns are Doras
Re: KM FUHRER H-45 design from The_KM_FUHRER_by_leovictor de
Schwerer Gustav and Dora were the exact same guns.

Um, the Scharnhorst Class used 280mm guns not 1000mm(or 520mm guns of the Langer Gustav), Karle is to my knowledge correct, Dora was another gun in the series, the other being the Schwerer Gustav. Dora may have been shorter in length but I'm pretty sure they essentially are identicalregemet wrote:I noticed an error in your Springsharp the primary guns are not Gustavs the Scharnhorsts used the Gustav the guns are Doras
