Mitch all subs will receive 4 missile tubes, each containing 3 missiles. At first they will be equipped with the K-15 Sagarika nuclear-capable missiles which have a range of 700km. Currently the Indian navy is developing the K-4 Agni long-range ballistic missile, of which the submarine will carry four at max.

Officially classified as Nuclear ballistic missile submarines, these submarines will most often carry out mission involving the K-15 cruise missiles. Logical because India will not have to for fill a continue ballistic present in the world, yet.

I'm not sure of what it is exactly,, but I do know that at least one French SSN is (or was?) equiped with such a prop.
It seems that a lot of tests were conducted on the Rubis Class SSN (including pump-jet), probably in order to develop the Suffren Class concept. Sadly, we have almost no pictures. The only one I have is with this strange counter rotating prop.

The plans where released on the offical indian web page.
Plus indian navy forums.
The launch tubes are able to launch long range cruise missiles, and Nuclear warheaded missiles like the arihant class will do.

Only Wikipedia says 16-24 missiles.
This is wrong.
They will cost around 6000-8000 crore, wich is about 1.400.000.000 euro.(EACH)
(1 euro=184000 crore)

A small surprise

The French Gymmnote, was designed to be the first nuclear powered submarine of the Marine National, but was completed instead as a conventional submarine. Having diesel engines she was instead designed as trials ship for the French nuclear deterrent, and so had four launching tubes for the Ballistic Missiles, the first being the M-1 type, and later the M-4 (shown here)

Image

The ship is unarmed apart from the four launching tubes, although designed to have 6 torpedo-tubes in the bows.
