Lets just say recycling maybe good for the environment but its extremely bad for your health. ................. :-)

Me on top of Monte Ocre last sunday, a 7.240 feet (2204m as the plate int he pic says) summit in the Appennine mountains overlooking the town of l'Aquila.

The dogs aren't mine, they followed me me and my friends all the way from the trailhead, 2.750 feet (838m) below.


(On a side note, my first post using Majhost, as Imageshack suddenly decided to become a pay-site.)
