Hey guys. He IS trying, right? Yes, it's meager, but at least it gives us something to tweak and suggest improvements on, isn't that right?
For whatever my five cents of opinion is worth, he seems to be reading our suggestions and apply it as well as he's capable of, so, all of us (well, most of us...) having given him a crap time previously, lets now give him a break.

ah, sorry to hear you stopped working on it. that said, this new drawing is a lot more like it already, the size and gun placements are doable (although not perfect)
I would still advice tackling an real design first (for example many USN destroyer classes have a lot of references available and are missing from the archive)
