While I'm not sure about proportions of particular types of aircraft (just 3 MRA aircraft seem extremely few for such large force, esp. with aircraft carriers), it's a very nice work overall.

Cuba and China agreed to further deepen military cooperation. Cuba was willing to enhance exchanges with the Chinese military and strengthen bilateral cooperation in personnel training and other areas. Part of the agreement was that the chinese would supply the cuban armed forces with new equipment and modernize what was left of the soviet era equipment in use by Cuba, in exhange the chinese would be allowed to install military bases in Cuba and the Cuban Armed Forces would support chinese allies in South america and other parts of the world especially Africa. The reason for these agreements was that with the fall of the Socialist goverment in Venezuela, the new goverment broke relations with Cuba and all bilateral agreements were scrapped, these left the Communist regime without finanacial support. The cuban goverment asked Russia for help but the russians at this point had multiple contracts and agreements with Venezuela such as the large Sukhoi fighter purchase, which the russians did not want to lose and also pressure from the venezuelan goverment prevented any support for Cuba. The chinese on the other hand had lost many allies in South America including Venezuela and the new venezuelan goverment showed a very hostile attitude towards China so these forced the chinese to help the cuban goverment to keep atleast one unconditional ally in the area.
