For some reason, Project 10 reminds me of the mythical "Tretij Internacional" that appeared in "Jane's Fighting Ships."

Excellent designs! Looks as though Komintern was smarter and more organized than the Soviet Union when it came to naval construction, actually getting several "never-built" designs into service before the axis invasion ;) (Namely the "Sovetsky Soyuz" and "Kronshtadt" classes).

The Sovetsky Soyuz-Class were a very imposing design, and certainly they'd have given the axis problems if any of them had been completed before the invasion of the Soviet Union.
