Re: battleships for my 4th reich AKA New World United Commun
Congratulations! You have managed to place nearly every german turret & caliber on your ship. Further you have taken so many parts from others without permission, it's far from awesome. Finally your design rejects the laws of physics so clearly that reality can't even laugh about it. Please do ...

Battleship SMS Ostpreussen
The 'Ostpreussen' was a concurrent design to the 'Helgoland'-class dreadnoughts. But her lesser firepower with only four turrets gave her the nicname of 'the cruiser who wants to play battleship'. She was a sole ship, no other ships of her design were laid up. The mockers got silenced after the ...

Even then not much more than 30 kts will be possible. Still enough for 2nd line duties. Lengthening midships could cause instability to the ...

Re: Kriegsmarine 1946, second approach
No lengthening of the Hindenburg? Surely after some 20 years, he would need to have his machinery refitted or replaced? Also, though, in 1938, I can accept the straight bow, will he have an "Atlantik-bug" later on? I don't think, a second major refit would be economic for such an old vessel. But ...

CL Wilhelmshaven
The small cruiser 'Emden' had a sister, the 'Wilhelmshaven'. She saw a massive rebild in 1940. She was equipped with 15cm-lightweight-twins and a completely new superstructure. Still not useful for frontline duty she saw training missions only.
