Re: Ark Royal class aircraft carrier
I agree with all these gents who have commented. I suggest you do what I do when I want to write a book-read all about the subject, look at pictures, and play conservatively and carefully, with ample time to go back and change things.

I pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor to constantly follow these rules. I also have a fine collection of blades, if you desire assistance in enforcement.

Re: Acelanceloet's Worklist
My goodness. You have ships on that list I never even knew existed. Good thing google hasn't crashed yet. I need another hour to find out about all these.
You have my congratulations, blessing, and awe in planning to draw all these.

I can't find it either. I'm not picky, and truthfully, variants, while important, never really excited me. After all, post-war tests of the Type IX showed it still had plenty of room to be developed. Go ahead and build... or draw it, I say.

to take out Kiro. all you need is a couple of Skjold class with NSM, supported by Fridtjof Nansen or other AEGIS- vessel to support with sensor and heavy AA-defense! or just a single ULA-class submarine or similar! Mr. Heuhen, Thank you for actually answering the question! You have not idly clung ...

Re: USS Iowa (BB-61) and USS New Jersey (BB-62) Modernizatio
Reactivation of the Iowas is no longer possible without an expenditure that is well beyond any value the ships would have (look around for what happened to the barrels and barrel machining gear for the guns - they were quietly scrapped). Let me put it this way - New Jersey and Missouri had their ...

Missiles are for cowards. What you see above is the ultimate evolution of the warship. Fuck the haters. We all know you love the elan of WW2 Iowas Colo, but to survive the advancement of tech, even the most beautiful things must be dimmed down with their own new tech in order to keep an edge ...

Re: Prototype Weapon
This might have potential on the naval scene. Naval ships could use it to repel possible boarders: a scenario unlikely in this day and age, but something the USN still trains for. Put one of those at each of the hatches leading inside, as well as positioned to sweep the forecastle and stern, and any ...

USS Iowa (BB-61) and USS New Jersey (BB-62) Modernization
Fellow Bucketeers, I am grateful for allowing me, a poor, young naval enthusiast, to join your ranks in your interest in ships and airplanes. Collectively, you all have hundreds of years of combined naval military knowledge on ship design and weapons at your fingertips. I would like to pose a ...
