Re: L 20 α class battleship

L 20 α class battleship
Does anybody have any good drawings of the Kaiserliche Marine L 20 α class battleship? I've found a few on Google but they're rather small and lack a lot of detail.

Re: New Mexico
Great looking ship. I, for one, always look forward to the ships you do. Regardless of their nationality or historicity. Keep up the great work!!

Great job with the Iowa, as well as your recent work on the cruisers. There's a lot of nice detail there.

Re: Russian Systems
Yeah I have a couple editions of the Guide to the Soviet Navy, three of the Guides to the US Navy, and the 1989 edition of World Naval Weapons Systems . The only problem I've run into is that there never enough picture, but, I suppose that's because they are probably hard to come by for some things ...

Re: Russian Systems
Yeah and that makes the SAM stuff easier. But there's other stuff to like ECM gear, air search radar, navigation radar, etc. You can scavenge quite a bit from the real Soviet drawings but stuff like railing can be in the way which bisects systems. They aren't labeled and so I've sometimes found it ...

Re: Russian Systems
Are there any plans to develop a unified Soviet/Russian parts sheet similar to the US or RN weapon/radar sheets? Of course I know from my own research on the internet and through several editions of Norman Polmar's Guide to the Soviet Navy, information and pictures on Russian systems seems to be ...

Here's the other conversion proposal. She used to be a NOAA research vessel until being sold in 1989.

Re: R/V Davidson Motor Yacht Conversion
I couldn't find find a picture or drawing of the underwater hull so I left it out. I agree that Shipbucket drawings look better with the underwater hull. Here's a couple of links to their main page, the page on the Davidson, and the design proposal. http://www.stabbertmaritime.com/index.html http ...

Here's a motor yacht conversion proposal (called Centurion) by Stabbert Maratime of their ship R/V Davidson.
