Re: Esoteric question related to Aircraft Carriers
90 aircraft would be about the size of the air wing of the Forrestal and later class ships in the late 1960s and 1970s. Of course not all of the aircraft would be fighter bombers.
Re: New Job
Congratulations on the new position. I will be sure to drop by.

Re: USS Fitzgerald collision.
The seven missing crew members were found dead in a flooded compartment. My condolences to their crew mates and families.
The Perry class FFG that hit a mine was the the USS Samuel B. Roberts. Also the Perry class USS Stark was hit by Exocet missiles. Both were repaired and returned to service.

Up until the M1 Abrams was introduced, the standard U.S. tank platoon was 5 tanks, with 2 in the company headquarters.

Re: British Infantry Organization
I hate to pile on, but I think the 15-cwt radio truck shows a Radar, Light Warning set in a Mk.III radio house. The signal set used by infantry units would have a frame antenna parallel to the roof or a single pole antenna with guy wires. See following links: Fordson 15-cwt trucks with radio houses ...

Re: US ARMY Organization
Fantastic series Caddaric. A couple of questions on the Military Intelligence Company- Should there be RQ-7 UAVs in the UAV platoon? Or do the drones belong to another organization and "loaned" to the MI company? The M88A1 seems a bit odd in the MI company since there are no other tracked vehicles ...

Re: US ARMY Organization
Caddaric79. Nice work. However, check your version of the AH-64. The AH-64D has either a Long Bow radar or a flat top to the rotor hub. The AH-64A has the mast with the air data probe attached to the rotor hub.

Re: FD scale vehicles 9
hudavendigar, the M44T looks great. Did the modifications include a new engine and a roof? The original M44 sure needed a more fuel efficient engine.
